WIZALY SAS, together with its existing or future subsidiaries ( collectively “WIZALY”, “us”, or “our”), is a digital marketing company that provides a hosted software platform (hereafter “the Wizaly Platform”) and consulting and account management services to clients (“clients”) for search marketing, social media advertising, mobile marketing, online display and video marketing as well as tracking of online marketing campaigns. WIZALY provides these terms of use and privacy policy to inform you of our policies and procedures related to the collection, use and disclosure of information we receive in connection with your visit to this website or to the website or other property of one of our clients.

What we collect

We may collect personal information on our visitors through an analysis of the logs of our webpage server as well as through the potential use of cookies and/or web analytics software. This information may include your IP (Internet Protocol) address.

We also collect personal information through the “contact us” online form available on our website as well as through various offline commercial contacts. This information may include but not be limited to first name, surname, address, company, position, online marketing budgets as well as e-mail and telephone number.

What we do with your data

This information will not be transferred to third parties and will exclusively be handled and used by Wizaly SAS and its employees. Your personal data will be used for the sole purpose of helping us provide you information on our product and services, understanding your business needs, or answering your specific query. We will not use your data for an automated profiling or scoring as defined in article 22 of the European General Data Protection Regulation.

Your data will be stored within the European Union in a secured IBM datacenter and will not be transferred outside the European Union. Reasonable security measures are in place to protect both personal and non-personal information that we collect, included back-up systems, firewalls and login/password and encryption of the access to our hosted software platform.

We may archive those personal and non-personal data for a maximum duration of three years.

Wizaly app use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Right of access to your personal data and your refusal to share your personal data

The “Help” feature on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies altogether. Wizaly Platform

What we collect

As part of the services we provide to our clients, we track through our platform as well as on our clients’ website end users’ interactions with client advertisements and client sites, such as clicks on advertisements, impressions and conversions, whether on a single client site or across multiple sites, but all on an anonymous basis. As part of this tracking process on our platform, we do not collect any personally identifiable information with the exception of IP addresses. We will never seek to identify you personally through your IP address unless so requested by governmental or other judicial authorities.

Our tracking technology may employ tracking pixels on clients’ sites as well as data feeds from our client’s or from third parties. A tracking pixel is a piece of code embedded on a web page of client sites that collects information about visitors’ behavior on that web page. The tracking pixel can either be provided by the client, by WIZALY or by some of our technical partners. The tracking pixel may include a command to create cookies. A cookie is a small text file that can be stored on a user’s browser and that enables tracking activity from a browser. The typical lifetime of the cookies we create is one year, although this duration may be changed to a different and shorter duration within the scope of what is permissible by law at any time and without advance notice to our clients and end users.

What we do with your data

Wizaly provides analytics services to help companies measure the use of their websites or tailor their online ads based on the likely interests of their users.

Any client-specific data we collect are the property of our clients and will be transferred to them upon request. Within WIZALY, those data will be used for the sole purpose of feeding our algorithms and other analytical steps with the aim of improving the marketing performance of our clients and will be handled by WIZALY personnel. We do not share, distribute, sell or rent any of the collected information in our possession with third parties, except where requested by our clients. However, we may share information if so requested by governmental or other judicial authorities.
